Best bet: Manchester United win @ 1.78.
The Value
I’m happy to back United here. The price is fair and the numbers say they’re the sharper side right now. West Ham are 18th, leaking 1.9 goals a game, and that’s a nasty combo when you’re facing a top-four attack.
United’s form reads WWWWD and they’re scoring 1.8 per game. Even with a few outs, they’ve been getting the job done more often than not. At 1.78, it’s a straight play rather than getting cute.
Numbers That Matter
West Ham: 1.2 scored, 1.9 conceded. That’s relegation maths. United: 1.8 scored, 1.4 conceded. That’s Champions League maths.
H2H is basically a coin flip over the last 10 (5-1-4 to United), so I’m not paying up for history. I’m betting current level.
Quick Take
Injuries: West Ham miss Callum Wilson, Crysencio Summerville, Wes Foderingham. United miss Onana, Mazraoui, Zirkzee. None of that flips the pick.
